July and August are the most popular months for birthdays, and anniversaries in our family. 31st August is also our country's birthday.
I have always been intrigued by cakes frosted with steamed buttercream. They are smooth and shiny. It has always been on my mind to try it since I stumbled upon this wonderful step-by-step tutorial by Yasmin from BakingProject.
Recently, I was able to use her tutorial.This is a chocolate cake layered with cream cheese frosting and layered with steamed butercream.
