29th August was my parents 48th wedding anniversary and 30th August was my mom's 63rd birthday. We had a small celebration among the immediate family. For the occasion, I baked a vanilla cake filled with buttercream frosting.
The cake had a simple deco as our plan was disrupted by some last minute cake orders.
The final verdict, the cake was delicious. My dad, who do not like to eat cakes, was raving about this cake and ate the leftovers for his tea breaks.
